1. Call to order and roll call recording members present.

2. Invocation and the salute to the flag.

3. Adoption of the agenda.

4. Vote to approve the minutes from July 13, 2009 and July 30, 2009 Regular Board Meeting.

5. Recognition of guests.

6. Superintendent’s Report: Principal’s Report:

7. Vote to approve Activity Fund Report.

8. Vote to approve general fund purchase order #63-85, building fund P.O. #2-5, and child nutrition P.O. #2-10, bond fund P.O. #1-2; 2008-2009 general fund warrant # 1271-1273, 2008-2009 building fund warrant #17; 2009-2010 general fund warrant #42-48, building fund warrant #1-3, child nutrition warrant #2, and bond fund warrant #1-2.

9. Vote to accept resignations received.

10. Proposed executive session to discuss filling teacher vacancy in elementary school. 25 O.S. 307 (B) (1).

11. Vote to convene or not to convene in executive session.

12. Vote to acknowledge the Board’s return to open session.

13. Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.

14. Vote to employ elementary teacher for 2009-2010 school year.

15. Vote on approving fundraisers.

16. Vote to approve joining Wilburton for the Alternative Education Program (Mandated Accreditation requirement).

17. Vote to approve Mr. Howze as attendance officer.

18. Vote to approve school calendar to 1080 hours.
