1. Call to order and roll call recording members present.

2. Invocation and Salute to the Flag.

3. Adoption of the Agenda.

4. Vote to approve the minutes from the December 14, 2009, regular board meeting.

5. Recognition of Guests

6. Administrative Reports

a. Superintendent’s Report

b. Principals’ Report

7. Vote to approve the Activity Fund report.

8. Vote to approve the General Fund P.O. #s 145-149

General Fund Warrant #s 520-606 and Child Nutrition Warrant #s 30-34.

9. Proposed Executive Session to discuss the following:

a. Employment status of the Superintendent so that the board can return to open session and take possible action with regard to the Superintendent’s employment.

b. Employment status of Annette Dighton, Administrative Assistant, so that the board may return to open session and take action.

c. Employment status of certified staff on temporary contracts.

d. Employment status of support staff.

10. Vote to convene or not convene in executive session.

11. Vote to acknowledge or not to acknowledge the board’s return to open session

12. Executive Session Minutes Announcement.

13. Vote to employ or not to employ Cary Ammons as Superintendent.

14. Vote to employ or not to employ Annette Dighton as Administrative Assistant.

15. Vote to declare old computers as surplus property.

16. Race to the Top Grant discussion with possible vote.

17. Senior Trip discussion with possible vote.

18. Resignations: Vote on submitted resignations.

19. New Business: “New Business”, as used herein, shall mean any matter not known about or which could not have been foreseen prior to the time of posting.
