1. Call to order and roll call recording members present.

2. Invocation and the Salute to Flag.

3. Adoption of agenda.

4. Vote to approve minutes from the March 8, 2010 Regular Board Meeting

5. Recognition of Guests.

6. Superintendent’s Report: Principal’s Report:

7. Vote on approving the activity fund report.

8. Vote on approving General Fund P.O. # 164-170; General Fund Warrant # 777-869; Building Fund P.O. # 9-10; Building Fund Warrant # 9; Child Nutrition Warrant # 48-52; Sinking Fund P.O. # 1; and Sinking Fund Warrant # 1.

9. Discussion on Ford truck as surplus property.

10. Discussion with possible vote on Senior Trip itinerary.

11. Discussion with possible vote on terminating payment of staff meals.

12. Discussion with possible vote to increase monthly rent on teacherages.
13. Proposed executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307 (B) (1) of the Open Meeting Act to discuss staffing for administrative, certified, and support positions for the school district so that the board may return to open session and to vote to reemploy, not reemploy, or table the employment of all positions listed and to discuss resignations received and coaching assignments.

14. Vote to convene into executive session.

15. Vote to acknowledge the Board’s return to open session.

16. Executive Session Minutes Compliance Announcement.

17. Vote to reemploy or vote to table reemploying the following positions for the 2010-2011

School year. SEE ATTACHMENT A

18. Vote to accept or not accept any resignations received.

19. New Business: “New Business”, as used I herein, shall mean any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting.

20. Adjourn.
