We still have several students who haven't turned in money for Blue and Gold and Fresh Country orders. If you owe money it needs to be turned in ASAP>

Jason Meadows grew up in Calera, Ok and was an active member of the Calera FFA Chapter. Jason Meadows has performed at FFA events and many of his songs refer to FFA life. He recently wrote a song titled FFA and has developed a program for FFA members to help the families of our fallen soldiers. The Latimer County Livestock show will be held on Feb. 26-29 and Premium Sale will be held on Mar. 1
National FFA Week is Feb 16-23 but due to shows and other events the BV FFA will be celebrating FFA week March 3- 7.
Recent Events
November 26th was the annual OFU speech contest. Derek Shaw placed 2nd
The Buffalo Valley FFA Chapter held its annual labor auction on Saturday, November 3rd. Twenty-one individual FFA members and six groups were auctioned off. The auction turned out to be a great success raising $2563.50! We would like to thank everyone for their help and support.
We recently had our annual BV Local Livestock Show which turned out to be a huge success. This was the first year we had an adult showmanship competition which turned out to be a success also.
Members of the B.V. FFA and 4-H attended the Kiamichi Valley Livestock Show on Feb. 11. Several also competed at the SE District Livestock show on Feb. 14-16.
